Deborah is responsible for ensuring the continued financial health of the Company and working with the other directors to set the strategic direction for growth.

Before joining Liaise Loddon in 2002, Deborah worked in a variety of industries bringing with her experience in business and financial planning, marketing and sales. She has postgraduate degrees in Mathematics, Business and Law. She combines all this knowledge and qualification in supporting the development of the company.

Deborah is passionate about ensuring that the people that Liaise Loddon support are recognised as having the same rights as everyone else and are treated as individuals with personal hopes and aspirations.

She has also been a Trustee of the Loddon School since 1997 and is on the PROACT-SCIPr-UK^® Strategy Group.

What were you doing before Liaise Loddon?
Before joining Liaise Loddon, I worked in engineering for 10 years starting as a very techy engineer and moving into project management, marketing and then business development.

What do you like about working at Liaise Loddon?
The amazing staff team all working together to make a difference in the lives of the people we support.

What is your favourite song?
It changes, but at a push, I might have to say the Muse version of Feeling Good.

What is your favourite holiday destination?
Anywhere hot and by the sea.

What is the best advice you have been given?
