Pam has worked in the social care sector for over 25 years, starting off as a teaching assistant working with children with restrictive and challenging behaviours. She then moved on join the team at Loddon School in 1989 initially as a support worker, and built up a career history including shift leader, care manager and finally senior care manager. After a short break to start a family Pam joined Liaise Loddon Limited in 2001 initially to help out with some admin a few hours a week, but over time became involved with supporting the learning and development of the staff teams and now ensures that staff needs are met from recruitment onwards. Pam is a PROACT-SCIPr-UK® Instructor and is an Associate Member of the CIPD.
Pam aim is to continue to develop all aspects of human resources for Liaise Loddon and has a particular interest in ensuring staff within the company receive all the training they need and more to enable them to fulfil their roles. Another aspect of her role is to ensure that Liaise Loddon is fully compliant with employment related legislation
Along with the other directors Pam is extremely passionate in supporting our people to have meaningful and fulfilling lives in a nurturing environment and supported by the best teams

What were you doing before Liaise Loddon?
Before joining Liaise Loddon, I worked at the Loddon School for 10 years and even tried out the world of retail for a while by working at Marks and Spencers.
What do you like about working at Liaise Loddon?
Every day brings something different. Working with a devoted team of people who give so much of their own lives to support others live theirs.
What is your favourite song?
Anything I can sing along to in the car that will embarrass my children.
What is your favourite holiday destination?
Anywhere warm and sunny where someone else makes my bed, prepares my meals and tidies up after me.
What is the best advice you have been given?
Today is the tomorrow you worried about yesterday.
