We offer rewarding careers to experienced support staff, and to people who would like to enter the profession and look after people with severe autism and associated difficulties.

Support workers in our homes work together in teams to guide, nurture and encourage our residents. These staff members help them in a very hands-on, proactive way to lead fulfilling, happy lives, enriched by empathy and guidance from people who understand and accept each individual and recognise their unique strengths as well as their needs.

Supporting people with severe learning disabilities and behavioural problems is not an easy career option – but it is extremely satisfying and rewarding. Each day’s challenges are repaid with the knowledge of a job well done, even though progress may be slow at times.
